We offers shipping across all of Egypt. We partner with reliable local courier services to deliver your orders safely.
Shipping Areas
We deliver to all cities and governorates in Egypt.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, traffic, weather, or during peak seasons and holidays. We will notify you of any expected delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your package by sending us an email on orders@pandora-eg.net.
Delivery & Confirmation
- A courier representative will contact you before delivery.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- If no one is available, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply).
Important Notes
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
- For damaged or wrong items upon delivery, please contact us on the same day with photos and your order number.
